MANUFACTURING

TPT is a fully integrated chemical company with the capability to provide its customers with the full range of development and manufacturing and outsourcing services along with excellent silo and tank storage facilities required to get their products manufactured and distributed to the European market.

Outsourcing of activities for third parties is also a possibility.

TPT offers full-service toll processing capabilities that range from filtration, ion-exchange, calcinations, drying, air-classifying, classifying, screening, drying, blending and other services with the assurance of quality and confidentiality.

We have experience with the manufacturing of a variety of products such as zeolites, catalysts, salts, etc.

For testing and producing requirements, TPT also maintains its own laboratory facility.

UTILITIES

TPT has industrial-scale facilities for natural gas, water and electricity.

Natural gas is needed for generating steam (max. 3000 nm3/hr), operating the calciner (max. 450 nm3/hr) or one of the flashdryers (max. 225 nm3/hr).

This plant is equipped with air compressors and air dryers.

There is a plant-air network for transporting powders pneumatically from one bin or silo to another and an instrument-air network which is needed for switching valves etc.

High capacity steam is present for heating, tracing or evaporator-applications.

There is a >2Mw power supply available with trafos, emergency generator and MCC buildings, etc.

Also a waste water treatment (WWT) system is present where effluent water is treated before it is pumped to the municipal sewer.
